HOW TO TAKE CANDY CLEANSE: One bottle is 16 ounces. It is recommended to drink 8 ounces in the morning and the final eight (8) ounces at night. However, you can take it as you would like within the day.

HYDRATE: Make sure to keep hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day. This will enhance the cleanse.

HEALTHY MEALS: You should eat light healthy meals, and stay hydrated with water throughout the day.

EXCERCISE: It is suggested to have a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise which can include walking or any active activities. The amount of weight you may lose may increase if you have more active activities within the day.
